The Beggining! Day 1

The first day...the first book...the first blog...the first time...! It was a tough first day, but...the first day is always the hardest!

Happy Birthday!!! Today is my 22nd birthday and it was a great one. I got more texts, tweets, face book messages and phone calls, in one day than I've ever had in my whole life! It was great. And I'm so thankful for the friends and family that i have. They are a great support team for me.

Other than it being my birthday, me and Chris were able to get the worship room fixed up and clean. We were able to do a little re-running of some cables and get all the instruments organized a little better. That will be very helpful for the future when we go to do worship and everything is the way it is supposed to be.

After that we went and had lunch at the Woolard residence. Always a great time. Then we went back to work to try and get some more work done. It might not have seemed like a lot, but...I was trained on how to run garage band and how to record music. We record a song today (Your my brother, your my friend) and it turned out pretty good.

After that we met up with Dave Dutton and my little pookie bear, Aaron Collins to play some disc golf. Great times. Actually Silas was there to and no matter where we are at or what we are doing there is never a dull moment with that knucklehead around! I love that kid. He's my boy!

After a little disc golf we had small groups at the Woolard house hold and enjoy some fellowship together. We just enjoyed each others company this time. Never thought roasting the mini marshmallows would be so good.

When small groups was over me, Katie and Aaron hung out and threw the Frisbee that Katie got me for my b-day around for a little bit.

Then Me and Aaron hung out for a little while. When we were done we went home and he went to bed and i worked on somethings. I also had a chance to talk to my brother which was great and always is.

Now its time to hit the sack.

A long road a head, but it will be well worth it!
